Our Story
Hair has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always fascinated by curls and the unique beauty of natural texture. From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a hairstylist and dedicate my career to helping people feel confident in their natural hair.
Right after graduating high school, I followed that passion and enrolled at Paul Mitchell The School, where I began my professional journey in the beauty industry. After completing my education, I went on to work at a well-known curly hair salon in Miami. During my five years there, I had the opportunity to work with countless clients, gaining the hands-on experience and knowledge needed to truly understand curly hair and how to care for it properly.
Those years helped shape my skills and deepened my love for working with curls. With that experience and passion, I eventually took the next step in my journey and opened my own salon suite — Sam the Stylist Curl Studio — a space dedicated to helping clients embrace their natural curls and feel confident in their hair.
